VAI is a French Polynesian company based in Tahiti. We build and run Anoe, the booking and management platform for tourism in Tahiti and French Polynesia. VAI is the company; Anoe is the product.

Anoe is the app travellers use to discover and book activities across the islands. Anoe Connect is the backoffice local guides use to run their business: bookings, schedules, guest chat, their public profile and their numbers. Same platform, two sides of it.

Yes. VAI SARL is registered in French Polynesia and the team is based in Tahiti. The platform was designed, built and is operated from here.

VAI is the reo Tahiti word for water. Water flows, connects and gives life. That is the role we want the platform to play for the Fenua: the infrastructure underneath, so the local businesses and community can thrive.

In Tahitian, anoe means "curious", someone who deeply desires to see, know, and experience the world around them with all senses. It embodies the appetite for sensory exploration - to look, hear, taste, and feel the living environment.

Signing up, publishing your activities, your calendar, messaging and booking confirmations are free. A commission applies only if you choose to switch to a paid plan which will be introduced by the end of September 2026 at the latest.

Yes. You need to be a company or at least hold a patente in French Polynesia, or another eligible jurisdiction. And if relevant, you need to hold a tourism licence or similar authorisation your activity requires.

You do. You keep your content and you grant us the licence we need to display and promote it while you are on the platform. You confirm the material is yours to use when you upload it.

On Anoe, on your own profile page, and anywhere you place a booking module yourself. Your listings also show up on search engine results, or partner pages, which widens where travellers can find you.

Three ways. Fill in the form, import a spreadsheet, or add a link, a PDF or a photo of your flyer and Anoe writes the first draft of your listing for you - automatically.

No. Anoe bookings appear in the calendar you already work with, whether that is Google Calendar, Airbnb, Booking.com or anything else that reads an iCal feed, so the same seat is never sold twice.

Yes. You can put an Anoe booking module on your own website, your Facebook page or your WhatsApp Business, and take bookings where travellers already look for you. You generate your own key from inside Anoe Connect.

You write once in your own language. Anoe translates your listing automatically and every traveller reads it in theirs, across the five languages the app supports today, with more coming.
