Who is responsible
VAI SARL, Punaauia, French Polynesia, is responsible for the personal data collected on vai.studio. Write to hello@vai.studio for any question about it.
What we collect
When you use the contact form: your name, your email address, your organisation if you give one, your message and the profile you chose. To protect the form from abuse we also record a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent. When you subscribe to our news: your email address. When you sign a support letter: the answers in the form, that is your business or organisation, your island, your name, your role, your email, your answers and your signature. With your consent, Google Analytics measures how the site is used.
Why
To answer your message and follow up on it, to send you the news you asked for, to prepare your support letter and attach it to VAI's funding and partnership applications as you agreed, to protect the forms from spam, and, with your consent, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We never sell your data.
Who processes it
Supabase stores contact messages. Resend delivers the contact form's emails. Brevo, a European company, manages our mailing lists and sends our news. Tally collects support letters. Cloudflare checks that a form is sent by a person. Render hosts the website. Google provides Analytics, only after you accept, and the Source Sans 3 typeface. Some of these services run on servers in the United States.
Email news
If you sign up on the website, you first get an email asking you to confirm, and nothing else until you do. If you tick "Tell me when" in a support letter, that box is your agreement to receive Anoe Connect news. Every email has a link to unsubscribe in one click.
Support letters
Your letter is only shared with VAI's funders or partners, within the terms you agreed to when you signed it. You can ask us to withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@vai.studio.
Analytics and your consent
Google Analytics stays off until you accept it in the banner. Your choice is stored in your browser under the key vai_cookie_consent. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.
How long we keep it
We keep a message for as long as we need to answer it and follow up on it. Your address stays on our mailing lists until you unsubscribe. A support letter is kept for as long as it can serve VAI's applications, or until you ask us to withdraw it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Write to hello@vai.studio. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the CNIL (cnil.fr).
