French Polynesia holds 118 islands across an ocean the size of Western Europe. Its sectors work in silos, and no shared infrastructure connects them. The territory has a strategy, Fāri'ira'a Manihini 2027, and it worked. Now it is about execution, and the digital layer underneath was never built.

We see a Fenua where a business on Fakarava is found by the world as easily as one in Papeete, on its own terms. Where young people build careers here, in technology, content and culture, because the industry exists to hold them. That is what VAI works toward.
Anoe means "curiosity" in Tahitian.
